DriveLink uses trust badges to help customers understand a provider's verification level before requesting service. Verification may include identity review, background screening, business document review, insurance document review, job history, customer ratings, and DriveLink conduct standards.

What it means: DriveLink has reviewed business or trade-related documentation submitted by this provider.

What it means: This provider has met DriveLink's highest trust and documentation standards and has a verified performance history.

  • All lower levels plus minimum completed jobs
  • Minimum 4.5 rating
  • Low complaint rate
  • No unresolved disputes
  • Accepted DriveLink documentation and communication standards

🔬 DriveLink Diagnostic Certified

Only providers with this separate certification receive check engine light jobs, electrical diagnostics, no-start diagnostics, and complex troubleshooting requests.

How to Report a Provider

If you experience unsafe behavior, dishonesty, or a serious concern with a DriveLink provider, you can report it to DriveLink.
